Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist the Vice President of Asset Management with daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and analyze market surveys and financial packages.
  • Generate, compile, and distribute various reports as needed.
  • Maintain correspondence with Property Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage email communications, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Prepare expense reimbursements and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare commission worksheets and department calendars.
  • Send out general notices and emails to the residential department.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing financial and operational reports.
  • Review variance reports and provide analysis.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Utilize property management and accounting software effectively.
  • Support various administrative functions as required.
  • Assist in developing forms and manage the residential group file.
  • Perform any tasks assigned by the Vice President of Asset Management.
