Consulting for Tichenor Clinic Aug 2020-Apr 2021

I partnered with Tichenor Clinic for Children to assist with succession planning. To offer recommendations around the organizational structure and reporting relationships, and suggest tools to build internal leadership talent. These recommendations included building a leadership pipeline and depth, reorganizing the organizational structure through job clarity, updating job description titles, grooming ready-now leaders through building career ladders, assessments, education pathways, and drafting transition plans. Assisted with creating an implementation timeline based on the recommendations. This timeline consisted of establishing a search committee to recruit the ED position's successor, interview process, and timeframe, and outline the next steps for a successful transition. Additionally, assisted with designing a restructured organizational chart to promote leadership development within the organization. As well as create a survey to assess employee satisfaction.
