Underwriting

• Manage the application and approval process for all dealer lines of credit and loans. Works with the Sales Team and dealer to gather and verify financial data and documentation in an effort to establish lines of credit and commercial loans. Make recommendations that both meet the dealer’s need as well as minimizes the company’s risk of loss.
• Monitors and maintains the dealer/commercial portfolio of accounts to minimize the company's risk of loss. Ensures that financial strength of the borrower and overall relationship is satisfactory by conducting reviews in a timely manner.
• Develops programs to assist the company and parent in achieving competitive programs to meet company goals.
• Provides periodic reporting to management on portfolio and annual reviews
• Manage a staff of 8 employees. Provide supervision, guidance, coaching for staff development

Funding

• Manage the documentation, funding, and securitization process
• Coordinate floorplan line/loan booking and funding
• Manage the collateral perfection process including maintenance of Uniform Commercial Code filing for initial security interest filing and continuation, when appropriate

Dealer Credit Processing

• Manage the department relating to dealer payments, flooring requests and vehicle transfers
• Provide support to dealer customers, vendors and Sales staff regarding floorplan accounts

• Troubleshoot WFS system issues and seek resolution for our dealer customers.
