I specialize in turning organizational friction into operational clarity. Over the past five years, I've built people operations and strategy infrastructure across high-growth companies - contributing to Hylaine's growth from 40 to 130 employees as part of a lean three-person people team, helping launch and scale markets in Atlanta (5 to 30 employees) and Dallas, and most recently redesigning The Hardy Group's entire recruiting and workforce development function from a zero-baseline starting point. I work at the level where strategy meets execution: structuring complex problems, building cross-functional alignment, and designing systems that make organizations run better at scale. What sets me apart is the combination of analytical rigor, operational instinct, and a deep understanding of how organizations behave under pressure. My I/O Psychology foundation means I don't just optimize processes - I understand the human systems those processes run through.
