Provide oversight of the process where all safety rules and policies are enforced and practiced on the jobsite. Positive reinforcement is the preferred method; however, the Brasfield & Gorrie safety disciplinary policy must be used as necessary to maintain a high level of safety on the project.

Assist project teams with the development and review of site-specific safety plan(s). Provide oversight of the process to make sure that the site-specific safety procedures are implemented and enforced.

Conduct, facilitate, or provide oversight of weekly safety meetings to review site/task-specific safe work practices and conditions. - Assisting the project team training employees on forklift, silica, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms and others.
- Assist with pre-mobilization subcontractor safety meetings.
- Provide oversight of the process ensuring adherence to Brasfield & Gorrie policies and procedures with regards to incident reporting and claims management and assist, as needed.

Thoroughly investigate all injuries to Brasfield & Gorrie employees and all serious near miss incidents that occur on a project and prepare a written report of the findings.
