A professionally competent, capable, highly motivated, and rigorously trained HR Assistant with good analytical skills, up to date knowledge of relevant standards, processes, and procedures; an experienced mentor with a passion to excel.
· Preparation of monthly night duty sheets and payment summary reports.
· Entering night duty payments in payroll sheets, ensure all relevant deduction in payroll and maintain proper record keeping, Preparation of monthly staff payroll.
· Providing Food Services and Accommodations facility to staff and guests.
· Reporting and recording vehicle defects highlighted by drivers.
· Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
· Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
· Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
· Arrange travel and accommodation.
· Work as an integral member of the Leadership Team.

· Inspects all camp facilities and reports to relevant personnel.

· Compiling and designing Job descriptions and Job specification for the various positions.
· Advertising all vacancies through different sources.
· Managing responses, downloading, and managing CVs. and Initial scrutiny of applications and CVs.
· In consultation of relevant program/department, prepare final shortlist, informing candidates, arranging, and conducting written test and interviews and submits recommendations.
· Managing orientation program for new employees to the business and to the organization culture.
· Ensure proper clearance and exit interviews with relieved staff.
· Respond to and interpret inquiries regarding policies & procedures as well as ensure that the JACK HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
· Participate in internal and external (stakeholders, partners etc.) meeting to represent HR department of JACK as and when needed.
· Communication and reporting of various HR issues with and to Kabul office as per need.
· Preparation of correspondence, memos, reports, schedules, confidential materials, and various employee issues.
· Overseeing timely updates of personnel records, meeting organization and donor requirements.
· Renewing multiple entry Visas and Work Permit to every foreign employee.
· Managing and supervising visa issuing system for the new employees and tracking system for the existing employees.
· Preparing employment contract and issuing amendment contract for existing employees.
· Updating employee leave record.
· Arrange travel ticket for local and foreigner employees.
· Security vetting process for every new hire.
· Recruiting Local National (LN) and foreign employees, leading the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position, Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
· Monthly joiners and leavers report.
· Receiving daily attendance and night duty reports of staff.
