Currently overseeing a 10 site job package. This includes scheduling of multiple crews and subcontractors while following schedule and budget parameters. As superintendent, responsibilities include adhering to quality and safety expectations set by my company and city of Seattle inspectors.

Began this job as an operating foreman, and eventually earned position of superintendent. While in both roles, direction was given to multiple crews throughout a 5 mile long site. Safety was a paramount focus due to the strict parameters set by contractor and Sound Transit guidelines.

Maintained a safe working environment through adherence to safety protocols and regular site inspections, this included projects on active flight lines at the airport. Responsible for quality of each completed task.

Ensured safe working conditions for crews and subcontractors. Managed schedule and daily tasks for crew members along with maintenance of equipment and scheduling of deliveries.
