I negotiated all unit pricing set on per project basis or not to exceed pricing for truck based inventory which included pricing duration, payment terms and conditions with all suppliers.

  • Created company wide quarterly reports to collect Supplier and Manufacturer rebate checks as interim Supply Chain Manager.
  • Worked with Project Managers to set and monitor budgets for material, rental equipment and safety supplies for both business units in Austin and San Antonio.
  • Member of TD's Corporate Fleet Oversight Committee and managed local fleet maintenance and fuel for over 100 vehicles. Also managed purchasing and approved all vehicle maintenance contracts.
  • Standardized all Lean procurement procedures through order forms, setting lead time goals, and centralized point of contacts for all field personnel and Project managers.
