Summary

I have worked for Menards for 16 years, promoting up at each location I have worked at. I have moved to 3 different while with the company. While working on the Retail side of the company, I worked my way up to an Assistant General Manager. As a General Manager I helped oversee the entire store consisting of 8 departments, 23 Assistant Mangers and over 130 Team Members. I helped with maintaining product layout and stocking, changing of product layout, guest relations, contracts for different on site vendors we had, finding replacement on site vendors, store facilities, finding resolutions for issues in the store, money handling, delegation of task to specific departments and even HR responsibilities.

In 2021 I transferred into the Manufacturing/Distribution side for a new challenge. Since doing so I quickly elevated myself into the Plant Manager position. In this time I have become an Accomplished Plant Manager, enhancing production efficiency and reducing costs due to waste and poor production, improved shipping times to the store, time for order picking for guest pick up, I have increased sales and production from the year prior, while increasing on hand inventory for quicker order filling to the stores. I excel in project management and safety management, I excel in team development & communication. Skilled in forklift operation with over 20 years experience and adept at decision-making, training and TM placement.
