Highly communicative individual with more than 25 years of working as a Maintenance Supervisor, Superintendent, general foreman, and foreman roles. Determined and experienced in overseeing maintenance/repairs, commercial projects, managing contractors, and ensuring that tasks meet quality assurance standards. I have considerable experience in all areas of building and service with strong skillsets in mechanical/architectural sheet metal and welding construction. Through the years as a supervisor my roles included acting as an inspector and safety monitor specializing in running an incident-free job site and keeping personnel safe. I am a motivational leader who excels at keeping teams focused and working efficiently to complete comprehensive projects under rigid deadlines. Im a highly-effective communicator with clear expectations and balanced team coordination. I've worked in clean rooms, radiation environments, and all types of labs. I enjoy the trades and the challenges that come with it. Im am certified in structural MIG and TIG as well as dissimilar materials. Most of my welding background is TIG welding stainless steel as well as TIG pulse welding. I'm radiation trained rad worker 1 and 2. I'm an asbestos trained worker. I currently work under Tony Pino as an RI managing maintenance and repairs as well as construction in 24 facilities and 30+ craft employees. I've worked at the lab for many years as an onsite contractor.
