- I started at 15 years old just cleaning up jobsites,then i was promoted to laborer.I then started asking questions and learning.After a few years i was promoted again to supervisor.I stayed at that position and learned everything i could from concrete footers up to the roof.I even started doing the bids for the and proposals for jobs that my boss was getting.So in about 2010 i was promoted again to partner/supervisor and me and my boss took on jobs and completed the said jobs and paid the overhead and split the rest 50/50.I stayed doing that till December of 2016 when my wifes mother got sick so we had to move to Greensboro,Which is the only reason i am not still working at this company.

I am taking anything that I can in the HVAC field while I have the opportunity. I tried putting everything on my resume but it is actually a lot. So when I come in for interview I will have all of my certifications and licenses with me in a binder that is separated and well-detailed per each program and each certificate that I have earned.

- I earn more weekly and monthly ,I try to keep my resume updated as I earn more certificates but sometimes theres not enough time. I believe now I am up to around 75 , I just haven't had time with work and school to get the new cones on the resume. But I will definitely bring a binder with me with everything in it.

Im taking the associates degree in hvac and i already received 10 employeeability certifications and i just received my 608 Universal on 02/28/2023 and ill get a comfort Cooling certification plus a system design Certification,so by the first week in may of 2023 i will already have obtained Multiple Certifications,and ill be getting as many as i can after that ,I am really needing to get in the field,I currently have 30 years experience in the construction industry with the last 16 years of it being in supervisory positions current job included,i just need a chance to get in to the hvac trade now.
