• Intergraded all-encompassing training initiatives with an emphasis on collaborations and cooperations.
• Promoted a climate of fortitude by providing guidance to athletes on how to recover from setbacks and defeats, which led to a discernible enhancement in their fortitude and tenacity.
• Promoted efficient player communication by means of consistent team meetings, one-on-one feedback sessions, and team-building exercises.
• Developed coaching strategies and game plans that were adjusted in response to opponent analysis and in-game circumstances, thereby encouraging players to be adaptable and strategic players.
• By emphasizing sportsmanship, fair play, and regard for comrades, opponents, coaches, and officials, a culture of respect was developed.

• Provide tutoring for my fellow classmates at SIPI, specifically in math.

• Assist in a leadership role by adhering to deadlines, supporting other SGA staff, help SGA to promote student interaction on campus by organizing events, holding workshops, and promoting student participation

• Organize sporting events including fundraising, food distribution/concessions, manage other workers, submit requisitions for paid staff such as referees, organize and hold student engagement efforts such as games, tailgates, raffles.
