- Support collection management activities by organizing, tracking, routing, and maintaining control of archival materials throughout the processing and delivery cycle.
- Implement archival management practices supporting the preservation, organization, accessibility, and controlled movement of film, video, audio, books, and other Library of Congress collections.
- Perform specialized handling and logistical support for preservation artifacts and equipment, ensuring materials are appropriately processed and transferred according to operational requirements.
- Coordinate with personnel and service units to facilitate the accurate and timely receipt, processing, routing, and delivery of archival collections and preservation materials.
- Conducted monthly inspections of film, nitrate, video, and recorded sound vaults.
