- While in England, I learned different strategies for teamwork

- 08/2014, Aerospace Maintenance Apprentice (C-135), Shepperd Air Force Base, Texas, At Shepperd Air Force Base in Texas I attended a technical school for aerospace maintenance. While in school, I developed the basic knowledge for operations of an aircraft and how to have a mechanical mindset. With this technical school, I began my journey as an aircraft mechanic.
- 03/2017 - 04/2017, Airman Leadership School - ALS, In Airman Leadership School I was taught how to evaluate airman and establish a common ground for them to create long- and short-term goals. Also, with this school I was given tips on how to communicate appropriately in order to get understanding. Lastly, one of the most important items I learned in airman leadership school was how to be a better leader than the previous generations, which is ultimately communication.
- 03/2022, Non-Commissioned Officer Academy - NCOA, The Non-Commissioned Officer Academy Course is advancing training that I took personally online. This course gave me the knowledge of what culture is and how to approach situations with a broader perspective. This course also guided me through problem solving and finding the best way to deal with issues on any level. Most importantly, NCOA drove home how important each mission is and how to be able to navigate through each mission with understanding.
