My duties consist of making sure employees are trouble shooting, maintaining and inspecting various amount of heavy equipment and vehicles as well as managing all aspects of the analysis process along with ensuring proper repairs are being made. Perform setup service calls throughout my designated region to appropriately keep up with services required. Assist with warehouse duties, to include shipping and receiving, loading and unloading of freight. Inventories, cycle counting, labeling, purchase orders and parts research. Order picking and restock inventory.

Performed diagnostic analysis, repairs and maintenance of various types of vehicles and equipment including Kenworthy, Caterpillar, Cummins, International and Power Stroke. Maintained an excellent customer satisfaction rate with virtually zero comebacks and known for integrity and honesty in all customer ratings.
