In this role I managed 184 personnel across 6 Air Force Specialty Codes, overseeing schedules, safety, and readiness directly supporting 15 KC-135 aircraft valued at $795 million, ensuring mission success for Pacific Air Command and Alaska NORAD operations.

• Served as Additional Duty First Sergeant, providing critical leadership and mentorship to over 450 personnel, enhancing unit cohesion and morale.
• Directed mission operations amid the global pandemic, implementing strategies that curtailed virus transmission and protecting personnel, thereby maintaining critical INDOPACOM operations and earning accolades from the Squadron commander.
• Managed the Airfield Driving Program training 159 personnel on Kadena regulations and standards, achieving zero mishaps and CMA violations, which resulted in a flawless zero defect rating during the Wing Inspector General SAV.
• Oversaw $1.4M PMEL account, conducting inspections on 275 items and correcting 12 discrepancies, guaranteeing 100% maintenance scheduling effectiveness rating and bolstering mission capabilities.

My function within this role was to maintain training requirements for 112 personnel by maintaining proficiencies in Air Force principles, policies, and procedures concerning education and training programs. Organized and prepared training activities, programs, and official documents to maintain compliance. Participated in utilization and training planning while providing input on work center training requirements and milestones.

• Directed the qualifications of 112 Airmen, enabling 15K maintenance actions and supporting 860 sorties with 5.2K flight hours in fiscal year 2016, culminating in the award of the 2BW Omaha Award for excellence.
• Engineered a detailed quarterly training schedule and tracker, coordinating 11 ancillary classes that certified 50 maintainers, resulting in a 98% training utilization rate, thereby strengthening unit proficiency and readiness.
• Drove digital transformation by creating an electronic training continuity book, achieving full record validation and integrity in under 2 months, which enhanced training efficiency for 112 personnel and streamlined operational processes.

Within this role I led a 5 junior mechanics while executing comprehensive maintenance on a $84 million aircraft, meeting daily operational commitments for the single integrated operational plan, optimizing manpower utilization, and reinforcing mission effectiveness for bomber operations.

In this role I monitor and prioritize all maintenance on 48 B-52H aircraft valued at $4 billion and all transient aircraft. In support of this I coordinated sortie and maintenance production as well as execution of the flying and maintenance schedules. Implements emergency checklists upon notification of ground incidents and aircraft in-flight emergencies.

• Managed generation intel while manning the maintenance group battle staff station for a Nuclear Operational Readiness Inspection securing a satisfactory rating.
• Validated Maintenance Operations Center programs, processes, and checklists obtaining an excellent rating during a Local Control Accountability Plan Inspection.
• Created and organized detailed presentation slides for the Group Commanders' daily maintenance meeting, streamlining leadership briefings and enhancing operational oversight for personnel, ultimately fostering improved maintenance effectiveness.
