  • Duties included all managerial responsibilities such as obtaining all business and liquor licenses, ordering product, buying and maintaining equipment, hiring, customer service, proper food handling, making drinks, serving customers, work schedules, sales and withholding taxes.
  • Sold the business in 2012
  • In 2016, I bought land and built Bills Billiard Bar and Grill which opened in Feb 2017. Responsibilities were basically the same as Jamaica Joes except I built this building from ground up. I was the general contractor for the build having to follow blue prints and building codes. I sold this business in Nov 2023.

  • Duties included installing all car electronics including stereos, speakers, amplifiers, car alarms and remote starts. this required a vast knowledge of every vehicle on the road as well an extensive knowledge of 12 volt DC circuits, relays and electrical circuitry. Troubleshooting problematic issues when they arose and communicating with tech support when needed.
  • I was also in charge of hiring, training, mentoring and managing associates. Everyone was expected to sell products as well so there was a great deal of customer service involved.
  • Understanding and using a great number of tools such as soldering irons, crimp connectors, digital multimeters and hand tools for disassembling and reassembling vehicles without damage.
  • Handling customer service issues and dealing with upset customers.
