- Leading DfB Connectors Platform for data acquisition, processing and ingesting data downstream for search indexing; led the cross-org project to build the foundation and rolling out the very first set of connectors along with end-to-end rollout plan to launch DfB as a product with high throughput of data acquisition and robust security in-place
- Spearheaded the effort to make Riviera as default Content Processing Platform for all the product lines at Dropbox, which made it one of the largest compute infrastructure at Dropbox that processes 1+ EB/day volume of data to generate 2.2B thumbnails/day and 1B file conversions/sec and the 2023 deliverables led to a $6.7M in NNARR
- Proposed, directed and delivered file summarization and QnA feature, FileGPT aka Dropbox AI, the very first Dropbox AI feature on Previews surface; wrote a blog post on this and helped team file 4 patents
- Multiple talent development activities, e.g grooming/mentoring multiple engineers for TL and EM roles, Engineering Manager hiring, HC debrief moderator, onboarding HC members for emerging talent hiring and leading the URM sponsorship initiative by partnering with talent team, HRBP and executives that helped 70% of URM candidates promoted
