The Associate Desktop Experience (ADE) team, part of Workplace Investing, is rebuilding its contact center desktop tool to enable contact center representatives to deliver world-class customer service. Currently, I am part of the Platform squad that provides tools, services, and guidance to other digital teams and also responsible for maintaining the stability and reliability of the platform.

Achievements:

• Designed, developed, and deployed middleware REST APIs using JAVA.
• Developed and maintained web applications using Angular Framework.
• Conducted code reviews, mentored junior associates, and provided technical leadership.
• Collaborated with architects and technical leads to design high-level structures of systems.
• Developed and implemented cloud architectural strategies.
• Automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
• Orchestrated and led the setup of CI/CD deployment pipelines using Jenkins.
• Facilitated as Scrum Master and led Scrum activities, ensuring adherence to Agile Principles and Scrum framework.
• Promoted experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Amazon Web Services.

The Leap program provides a stimulating learning and growth opportunity within Fidelity Investments' Technology Organization. Leap is made to hasten the growth of fresh IT graduates so they can become top-tier technologists. Following a successful three-month training period, three engineers, including myself, worked on creating an internal search engine for one of the technology teams inside the Workplace Investing business unit of Fidelity Investments. Solr, Javascript, MongoDB, HTML, and CSS were the technologies used for the project.

• Coordinated project tasks among multiple departments.
• Handled scripting tasks for debugging and automation.
• Worked with design teams and Senior Software Engineers to build user payment tools using Java Spring MVC and C#.
• Worked within an agile framework to produce predictable releases.
• Assisted in designing user interface based on the user's preferences.
