My duties were to assist in teaching students Amharic and as well sharpen their grade school work/prepare them with worksheets. As a summer school assistant, I would help in various outdoor activities with the children like going to the park or the pool as field trips.

• Contributed significantly towards achieving accreditation for child care center by maintaining high standards of quality care and education.
• Assisted lead teacher in developing lesson plans, contributing innovative ideas for educational activities.

My duties were to ensure patients were taken care of, file patient papers, meet with patients' families, and make sure their needs were fulfilled as well as provide emotional support to patients.

• Supported hospital staff in daily tasks, resulting in improved efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Communicated effectively with diverse populations of patients, adapting approaches based on individual needs.

My duties were to make the drinks for customers, handle the register as well as work in the bakery to deliver what customers requested.

• Exceeded productivity goals through consistent attention to detail and organization during busy shifts.
• Managed inventory levels effectively, reducing stock shortages and minimizing wastage.
