Currently the sole macOS engineer responsible for all design, engineering, hardware validation and management of 1,200+ Mac devices on Workspace ONE MDM. Recurring collaboration with 11+ product owners managing multiple applications to implement modern application updates and strong security. SME with VMware's macOS Updater Utility (mUU) to enforce OS updates/upgrades. Providing top tier escalation and guidance for Executive Support and related teams. Engaged in recurring vulnerability remediation tasks (180+) across 8,000+ vulnerable items. Working with several vendors on product lifecycle, feature requests, roadmaps, deliverables, accountability, etc.

Responsible for system and patch management of 200+ Mac and Windows devices on Workspace ONE MDM. Technical owner of the Zoom and RingCentral platforms. Migrated the entirety of (300+) phones lines from RingCentral to Zoom Phone with zero downtime or incidents report. Administrative resource for 10+ SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack, Box, Zoom, Druva and Smartsheet. Created and modified Barista chatbot automations on the Espressive platform. Authored and published 10+ documents for internal consumption. Escalation point for all End User Services (EUS) personnel and reviewed/advised on their published documentation.

Half of a two person team managing over 6,000 mobile devices. Architected, engineered and delivered two MobileIron Cloud tenants (prod/pre-prod) to modernize device management. Integrated MobileIron Access with Okta (IdP) to enforce mobile device trust on 4,000+ devices and to enable password-less authentication for 15+ managed mobile apps. Engineered Mac management configurations, ready for pilot testing, to manage 250+ Macs. Created a BYOD solution to securely deploy company apps on personally owned devices (400+), while fully safeguarding user privacy and data. Configured and deployed 3,000+ locked-down iPads for anesthesiologists' use in operating rooms. Essential-worker and key contributor to COVID-19 telemedicine projects (10+), focusing on technology to keep hospital personnel safe and productive.

Technical owner of all MobileIron services supporting 9,000+ iOS devices and owners. Responsible for all MobileIron server (20+) installations, upgrades and updates for the Core, Sentry, ReportingDB and Monitor platforms. Engineered and implemented a zero-touch enrollment process for all iOS devices leveraging Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE). Administrated 30+ public apps utilizing Volume Purchase Plan (VPP) tokens for silent installation; deployed 15+ in-house applications, 10+ managed-app configurations and plists. Created a branch kiosk iPad configuration to showcase mobile apps for rollout to 200+ branch locations. Implemented Zimperium's Mobile Intrusion Prevention System (zIPS) for on-device threat detection and response. Escalation and educational resource for peers and junior colleagues to share knowledge, critical thinking, methodologies and technical discussions.
