As a security officer, I conduct regular security patrols of the facility and surrounding areas, while being able to respond to alarms and conduct investigations as required. I enforce access control measures in accordance with procedures, state, and local laws. I conduct searches of individuals and their personal belongings. Utilizing search methods, such as X-rays, metal detectors, and hand searches for weapons and other prohibited items. Confirming visitor identification prior to granting entry into the building, providing escorts for visitors as needed. I am responsible for maintaining detailed reports regarding daily activities, unusual occurrences, and equipment issues. Lastly, I am responsible for being knowledgeable of the emergency response plan and following all security procedures and measures.

As a Lowe's associate, I was responsible for gathering and organizing merchandise for distribution into appropriate envelopes, boxes, and pallets. Additionally, I communicated effectively with other departments regarding order status updates and verifying orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all necessary components were included. I strive to achieve productivity and operational objectives while adhering to safety procedures. Lastly, I pay close attention to all safety procedures in daily operations and report hazards or accidents to management.

As a McDonald's member, I was responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations. Providing customer service, resolving customer issues in a prompt manner to ensure satisfaction. While also being able to communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers.
