Cath lab volume increased from 300 to 1400 cases per year with a near zero complication rate and very little over time.
  • Supervised first of its kind diagnostic technology (CCTA) from concept through implementation. This included physical plant design and construction, as well as process design, development, and implementation, and staff training. The primary focus for all was patient safety.
