When I got into metal fabrication had no experience had never worked a manual labor job before. I would like to say I learn excellent on the fly and within a year in a half I was a leadman for the aluminum section of the company setting aluminum railings across several locations in Nashville. I am hardworking and give everything I have in what I do and take great pride in that. I have no problem learning from the people above me and have never had any issues with criticism. I am currently living in Franklin TN and am looking for the opportunity to move back home. I work great with everyone and even better with a good team around me I would love the opportunity to work with such an established company.
