- Participate in Risk Assessment meeting and reviews Risk assessment and method statement based on the result of the Audit reports, near miss, accident/incident, observations, and changes in the work procedures
- Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
- Prepare and manage required documents for related internal/external audit
- Responds to employees' safety concerns such as Near miss reporting, unsafe conditions, PPE issues, welfare, etc
- Preparing PTW system for those High-risk activities such as hot works, Confined Space, riser / Shaft works, hydro test
- Provide First-Aid to the employees; coordinate with the site nurse in such emergency situations
- Carry out weekly inspections of fire extinguishers, full body harness and maintain the inspection logs
- Monitoring work at height activities and coordinate with scaffolding supervisor for inspection of the working platform.
