• Layout of all pile for 2,200 acre site. Read blueprints to insure all the correct pile are placed in the correct locations for install. Fall behind other tasks and fix problems found by Supervision. Attend daily safety/site meetings. Resolve mitigate problems as they arise.

Production of crude oil in Crawford and Clark County, Illinois. Daily rounds to ensure all equipment is working properly and safely.

• Work with subcontractors. Whether it was taking/reviewing bids or making site visits with current subcontractors to ensure all work is being performed to meet all budgetary, safety and schedule requirements.
• Ensure each shift had adequate coverage so that projects could be completed on time and within budget.
• Informed all stakeholders of daily activities and progress by providing in depth field reports.
• Attend daily safety meetings. Leading a safe work environment for everybody.
• Ordering of materials and equipment when needed.
• Estimate and help schedule all projects that I was to oversee.
• Daily site visits to ensure the safety, budget and schedules were met.
• Review blueprints with the owner and field workers to ensure everybody involved was fully aware of the expectations were.
• Civil Project Superintendent which included of drilled shaft foundations, area paving pours, excavations/backfill for utility installations, grading out large areas for future buildings, exploratory excavations along with many other project tasks.

Report directly to the site Project Manager. Made multiple daily rounds to each project. Attend daily safety meetings, then help each crew get their projects kicked off each morning. Help with daily time of employees and equipment. Primarily would oversee concrete work, excavation work and exploratory work.
