  • Company Overview: Managed the largest HUB in the company, comprised of a staff of nearly 200 personal
  • Responsible for full operation of 141 door high volume LTL cross dock terminal. On average processed 5,000-6,000 handling units daily, representing approximately 25%-35% of all freight in the Central Transport network while meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Consistently setting/breaking company records of inbound/outbound freight, while simultaneously improving quality scores for periods of: daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly
  • Promoted in June of 2022. That same month, through increases in efficiency, was able to eliminate the entire Saturday PM shift.
  • Responsible for being the first Hub in the company to pass internal audit.
  • Implemented the Load Quality Assessment Program (LQA), resulting in a drastic reduction in customer claims.
  • Maintained a safe working environment by enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines. Implemented the "safety stand down" process.
  • Managed daily scheduling of staff assignments, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours.
  • Sporadically sent to other Terminals/Hubs to help implement processes to increase efficiency and help them remain on schedule.
