Summary

  • Directing daily administrative tasks to ensure all leads team members are generating leads in the most effective and efficient way needed to maintain a constant flow of high quality leads.
  • Ensuring that our owner and General Manager's ideas for new leads become a reality through planning, data analysis of prior projects in close relation, and creation of all steps necessary to properly inform and direct my team on how to best yield said specialty projects leads.
  • Creation of step by step directions for the leads team on how to best perform their, as well as my, job. We are the beginning of the sales process, I take great care to ensure that regardless of any change, our sales force will properly be fed leads of any desired variation.
  • Creation and implementation of commodity search lists based off of factors such as our top 100 customers, top 100 new customers, seasonal commodities, specific commodities in relation to current national catastrophe, and many more. All requested commodities were documented, rated, then broken down into specific parameters and terms to ensure smooth researching and harvesting of fresh leads based off of these current and established trends.
  • Documenting and updating every value in relation to how many leads we have of all 193 active types daily, as well as who received our leads, how many, what time, who called for said person to receive said leads, etc.
  • Coordinated communication between myself and our in house development team. Wether to create new features for our website, or to solve an array of problems spanning from my team, the needs of individual sales members, or unrelated departments who simply needed assistance, I preemptively would schedule meetings to break down and document problems. Then, with the insight of our developer team, we would formulate a plan designed specifically to solve the problem(s) at hand, all the while keeping upper management informed yet able to not be hands on if they so chose.
