- Joined Millwright Local Union 216 in late of 2017
- Worked 6 months as a traveling Millwright from 2017-2018
- Found job at a bulk oil company in hometown of Russellville, AR in 2018. Worked job until January 2019 after re-instating as a Millwright at Local 216
- 2019-2022 worked as a Millwright hand/crew member
- End 2022- Beginning of 2023, began pushing some work as a step up Foreman on different projects
- 2024 pushed worked as a Full Time Foreman for Precision Machinery Contractors on multi crew projects
- 2025 became a Journeyman Millwright
- 2025 started at Pemex Deer Park Refinery as a Coordinator/Planner within NRM & Construction group. Lead Coker unit as Rotating focal point during the execution phase of Pemex largest TA onsite (Big Block TA). Covered/followed all Post work involved in Big Block TA including all units (Coker, Distilling, East Blocks) that were executed.
- 2026 started at Fox Innovations as General Foreman/Planner
Roles/Responsibilities
Union Journeyman Millwright
- Utilized various hand and power tools for assembly and repair of industrial equipment.
- Documented maintenance activities and repairs for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Participated in safety training sessions, promoting a culture of workplace safety among peers.
Foreman/Supervisor
- Coordinated daily operations, ensuring project timelines met and resources allocated efficiently.
- Supervised workforce, promoting adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Collaborated with project managers to streamline workflow processes and enhance productivity.
