Managing my on-road supervisor's to effectively train new and experienced drivers. Manage our driver group of 630 drivers on a daily basis to achieve results in safety, service, and performance. We are a point of contact between the dispatches and drivers helping to correct any safety or service issues we may have with our drivers and customers.

Managed the dispatch team managing driver and load movements throughout the midwest. My team moved hundreds of loads daily. We ensured that loads left on time arrived on time for sorts to process the volume timely and hit commitment times. We managed yard operations for each shift. We also managed equipment needs for all shifts and equipment levels of tractors, trailers, and dollies.
