Storybook Land Canal Boats Lead

  • Leads a team of Cast Members to best represent the Five Keys of the Disneyland Resort: Efficiency, Safety, Show, Courtesy, and Inclusion by developing strategies and pushing for the Disneyland Code of Guest Service Conduct.
  • Led the Storybook Leadership Team to go from a 6 boat operation carrying 480 guests per hour to an 8 and 9 boat operation carrying over 629 guests per hour, developing a Boat Charging Plan in the process.
  • Led the Storybook Leadership Team to carry over 150,000 more Guests in 2023 Vs 2022 Year to Date as of September 2023, and a 15% increase in overall guests carried.
  • Delivers exceptional guest service and leads conflict resolution initiatives between both Cast Members and Guests.
  • Maintains Overall Show and Presence of the attraction by being attentive to the organizational focus of our work orders, teaming up with multiple departments, i.e. Horticulture, Resort Enhancement, and Sign Shop, in the process.
