Since joining MicroAire I have been the financial focal point of the company. In my job, I support strategic decision-making by analyzing operational and financial data across departments including manufacturing, supply chain, and sales. I manage company inventory by tracking accuracy, analyzing usage trends, and partnering with operations to optimize stock levels. I also develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Epicor ERP (including Business Activity Queries) to monitor key performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights.s. My responsibilities include cost analysis, variance reporting, forecast modeling, and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, I collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into data-driven solutions, and assist with audit preparation by ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
After my time with my own company I was looking for small investment firm where I could learn more about the field of finance at the institutional level and Mangham Associates has been a perfect fit for me. My main responsibility at Mangham is creating monthly and quarterly performance reports for clients. Since joining Mangham, I have been able to be involved in a wide variety of different business practices as well. This includes investment research, accounting, operational due diligence, data analysis, trading procedures, and many other special projects. I believe I have excelled at Mangham in the last year which is the reason they have allowed me to be trained in so many areas. For these reasons, I believe I can plug in at almost any investment firm and succeed.
Once I had completed my time with Genpact, I started a publishing company with a focus on day trading personally and consultant to others. Being the creator I was able to experience all aspects of business including operations, scheduling, accounting, and marketing. I held online investment educational courses for others during Covid 19 while also day trading personally. I have sold 100s of options courses and helped create a chat room of over 70,000 members. My main objective is to help others learn and grow their understanding of the institutional markets and finances. Regarding my own portfolio I was able to see tremendous returns using my own personal investment strategies.
Genpact Inc is an affiliate of GE. I was the aviation support person dealing with customer returns and business operations between Genpact and GE. I acted as liaison between our warehouse team and our suppliers, who were tasked with repairs of hardware/equipment. Over time I became the lead person for damaged helicopter engines as well as creating weekly metrics based on a data set I created. I also was the tech support leader in all CRM processes in my division. During my time at Genpact I was promoted.
