I have worked in the Service Industry for about 19 years now and I have managed many restaurants and other jobs in different areas. Working in the Industry I have learned many things like people skills, social skills and knowing how to manage a crew of employees to make a place run smooth and efficient. I am up for any challenge and will always try to work my way up in a company.
I have been with RNDC for almost 9 years now and I have gained many skills in the field. I have worked in more than 15 different chains and have built relationships to help me obtain my sales goals. I am currently working with grocery and large chain accounts. I have really good relationships with the buyers in these accounts. I meet most goals that are asked of me. My knowledge of wine, beer and liquor has grown very much since I have been working with RNDC.
I was recruited by the owner Greg Tierney to manage his restaurant/ bar. I was a manager and bartender here and was also in charge of booking all of the bands, managing the staff and in charge of ordering all alcohol for the bar.
Working at "The Pig" I was in charge of writing the schedule and managing the employees. I was also the the person who ran the liquor inventory and ordering all alcohol for the bar. Learning people skills here will help me with my future jobs.
At Vaquero I was the clubhouse bartender, trainer and server. I had to learn all of the members names and build a relationship with them as this was a private golf course. The members here we're supposed to feel at home and have a stress free experience every time they walked in the door. I built many relationships, many that I still carry with me to this day.
At "Hartfords" I was a bartender and a trainer. I worked most of the busier shifts and learned a lot of lifelong skills at this job. I learned how to be a people person and how to deal with all different kinds of people.
