- For the last 7 years I have operated heavy equipment such as Excavator, Dozer (With and without GPS), Skid Steer, Trencher (Vermeer, Trench Tech, Tesmec). I have also done the light mechanical and preventative maintenance on these machines. I have been the crew/ operator foreman for the last 3 years. I strive to be the best in everything I do whether it be operating, leading the team to success, or making sure the project meets quota. Planning out the tasks for the day, tailgate meetings, and making sure the guys/girls have everything they need to get the job done. I try to get to know everyone I come to meet on the jobsite on a personal level. I feel that it is good to get to know your fellow employees on a personal level, because they are your family for 10-12 hrs a day.
