• Oversaw daily and large-scale, long-term operations of over 50 officers and thousands of contractors, employees, guests, VIP's and physical assets on a daily basis by directly managing the on-ground security personnel and working with the Nike Security Manager to meet safety and security standards set forth by Nike Resilience and Nike Legal
• Trained and developed over 20 officer competencies and knowledge base through team development, implementation, and support of specific training for various security systems such as Itrak, AMAG, Symmetry, Exchange, Salesforce, and multiple other Nike internal security systems.
