At Mi-T-M, I started from just an assembler, and then became a tester, and soon after became a lead man/supervisor, and was in charge of making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish from ordering parts to reading blueprints for hundreds of different machines that I built. Also had to learn how to do electrical work working with 208-460V some being single phase, some three phase. Also enhancing team performance and product delivery through effective resource management and continuous improvement initiatives. My leadership, coupled with hand-tool proficiency, significantly boosted operational efficiency and compliance. Expert in employee training and worksite organization and 5s lean manufacturing, I excel in aligning team efforts with organizational goals, demonstrating exceptional mentoring and technical skills. Handled the day to day operations from making sure all the parts and engines and pumps and every part that was used to build a unit was ordered to build the pressure washers that I was building, everything from a basic frame to the finished product making sure that everything was done correctly, and quality was up to par. Also had to keep in touch with emails to the production Director, engineering department, quality department, human resources about the employees that worked under me.
