As a working supervisor, I build monthly schedules in our EPIC system for our providers to have patients scheduled to see the provider. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients. Establish work procedures or schedules and keep track of the daily work of clerical staff. And according to workload and staff availability of the day, adjust and work schedules and assignments for staff daily.
