I have been cooking for around 28 years in many scratch kitchens in the Charleston and Mount Pleasant, South Carolina area. Throughout the years, I have always worked 2 jobs. I recently moved to Texas and I am looking for a new home in the culinary industry. I have experience in grilling, sauteed', pantry, prep, catering and expedite.
