As a Customer Service Manager, I get to lead and inspire a team of dedicated associates, helping them develop exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. I'm also a hiring manager. I interview, hire and train the new associates. I make sure we are fully staffed in our store. I'm also the Manager on Duty (MOD) when the store manager is on vacation. I will be in charge of the store. As an MOD, I provide integral support to every department, including unloading shipments, restocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and adeptly attending to customer needs and concerns.
