  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including copying and scanning documents, filing paperwork.
  • Assist with special projects as needed by researching information on the internet or through other sources.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper documents and electronic files. Sorting all clients' information in their binders, and arranging them in the filing room.
  • Operate photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines and personal computers. Make extra copies of documents as needed.
  • Deliver messages and run errands. Act as an intermediary between the office and the various clients homes. Visit homes to check for and remove any expired medications and soon to be ones. Reconcile medication details and information with MAR and prescriptions details on medication bottles and/or blister packs.
  • Copy and file records of all house medication orders.
