• Achieved the Lead Driver position through effectively helping with Tasks at hand helping dispatch coordinate routes and loads to certain drivers based from where they are located and which yards are closest to their proximity. Also training every new driver with my knowledge and skillset to ensure loads are delivered safely and timely and that the drivers have the proper PPE to ensure no driver is harmed during the pneumatic offload process of the materials our company handles.
