Bo Bates

I have done a lot of odd jobs, and I learned that the most important thing about having a job is working with haste and effectiveness. My time on a construction site has been extensive; however, I spent most of the time not working with tools but effectively managing my time in order to meet the deadlines of houses closing. My learning has mostly been in time management and work ethic. I feel it is important to note that I am currently going to the University of Arkansas pursuing a STEM degree.
