  • Contract delivery of pharmaceutical products to nursing homes and assisted living communities in central Oklahoma. I accepted the Mission Critical position on 9/5/2018 after having retired from Allegiance Credit Union in December 2016. I was in the mortgage lending industry since 1976.

  • After 21 months of retirement, I decided that I was not ready to be retired yet. I had delivered meals for the Senior Citizen Center during much of my retirement. It is much harder to retire than most people think even when money is not an issue.

  • Program and product development.
  • Manage department of 6-9.
  • Underwrite FHLB, FNMA and ACU-funded mortgage loans (1st, 2nd, land, construction, etc.).
  • Responsible for all mortgage compliance requirements since the beginning of Dodd-Frank.
  • Analyze and approve the calculation of income for self-employed and non-wage members.
