I have been involved in the Automotive industry since 1987. My family owned Automotive service/ repair and sales companies and I have been working and managing the facilities since my teenage years. I have also been involved in real estate ownership and management for the past 20 years .
Currently I'm involved in 3 new car dealerships.
Nissan of Redlands was acquired in 2023. This location is a very large Nissan facility that was underperforming both in retail and fixed operations selling only 30 cars a month.
Nissan of Redlands currently exceeds manufacturers objective and it is the number one Nissan dealership in Inland Empire and 5th in the Western US region selling between 180 to 200 cars a month.
Nissan of Redlands was also the winner of Nissan GLOBAL AWARD within the first year of operation And received Nissan's GLOBAL AWARD for the second year in a row in 2025.
In March of 2025 I was approached by Nissan to take over Nissan of Orange (formerly Stadium Nissan).
This location was owned by a very large dealer group and it had been underperforming for many years selling under 25 cars a month, The takeover was completed in May of 2025 and within two months Store was selling over 150 cars a month. Currently this franchise is selling about 170 to 180 cars a month exceeding manufacturers objective by far.
Nissan of Orange is nominated for Nissan's GLOBAL AWARD 2026.
RocketTown Honda was purchased in 2022 with a partner. Rocket Town Honda was also an underperforming store which is now one of the top Honda stores in Central Coast.
I started retail and wholesaling pre owned vehicles in 2018. As I got more involved in the business the opportunity of a Honda Dealership became available and that gave me the chance to get involved and be able to spend time at the dealership in order to make the improvements necessary to rebuild the facility Improve the image to levels better than it had been in years . The journey has Continued with Nissan and
as Expansion continues I see a great opportunity to grow with luxury brands.
