  • Implemented a new Messer cryogenic freezing tunnel, also known as an IQF, to freeze freshly harvested material from 80 degrees Fahrenheit to negative 40 degrees Fahrenheit. This resulted in a 215% increase in terpene yield.
  • Successfully oversaw the warehouse intake, processing, and storage of a record-breaking 380,000-pound harvest. This included coordinating with farms, coordinating 226 seasonal and 13 staff employees, managing inventory, and ensuring that the product was transported and stored in a safe and secure manner.
  • Recruited, interviewed and hired employees and implemented mentoring program to promote positive feedback and engagement.
  • Worked closely with organizational leadership and board of directors to guide operational strategy.
  • Identified and communicated county building and planning needs to bring the facility into code compliance.
