I was employed by Programmed Skilled in Western Australia for the last six (6) years under the 457 Work Visa arrangements till May last year 2018. I resigned mid last year 2018 due to personal reasons and returned to Papua New Guinea. I am currently employed by St. Barbara at their Simberi operations in the New Guinea Islands., With twenty years of hands-on experience, I am looking forward to being a cohesive team player in terms of mobile fleet maintenance within my career with my future employers., Carry-out preventive maintenance, checks, repairs and troubleshooting on all Caterpillar Equipment with faults related to Engines, Transmissions, and Hydraulics, Drive Lines, Brake Systems and Auxiliary Safety Devices., Obtain Product Support Information and Specifications to ensure all given tasks are completed to manufacturer's Specifications., Attend to all breakdowns in the workshop and out in the field., Provide effective preventive maintenance skills to the best of my knowledge and work experience in establishing an effective strategy to achieve low cost, improve work conditions, improve safety and increase equipment availability., Ensure the risk involved to personnel, equipment and environment is addressed at all levels concerned and effective procedures are set and available to be accessed by all personnel., Ensure Safety Procedures such as SWI and JHA are effectively complied with., Ensure effective communication is maintained throughout every shift and also detailed written and verbal handovers are given to on-coming crews and supervisors.
