Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic professional development and customer success support for $14M of East Region accounts, including, but not limited to, Pittsburgh City Public Schools, Baltimore City Public Schools, Charleston County School District, and Fulton County Schools.
• Build and facilitate elevated professional learning "beyond product" for district administrators and teachers based on needs' assessment coupled with ongoing collaborative conversations aimed to cultivate success
• Facilitate virtual and onsite meetings with district administrators to review implementation progress and strategize professional learning next steps based on needs
• Manage 23 district account teams as "champion of communication and action", reporting account health and next steps to company's Executive Council on weekly basis

• Achieved net retention of 107% for 2020-21 business year

Responsibilities:

• Hired, coached, and developed team of eight learning specialists serving internal and external customers
• Assisted in strategic growth of professional learning services team, streamlining expanded team's daily operations and implemented system for project management focused on collaboration, creativity, and accountability
  
• Created and executed company's professional learning series of on-demand eLearning courses
  
• Consulted with sales and marketing teams to drive sales and improve customer support resources and protocols
  
• Facilitated virtual and on-site professional learning workshops and keynote addresses

• Built company's 17 professional learning modules within expected time frame and budget, resulting in $500K in sales in launch's first quarter
  
• Developed company's first intensive, streamlined on-boarding course for all professional learning and sales team new hires

• Developed and facilitated engaging and rigorous literacy instruction for 8th grade classroom
• Collaborated with district's teachers and administrators to build literacy curriculum aligned to Common Core ELA standards
