I ran Front End Operations for 10 years.  I developed a team of loyal associates and continued their growth and skill base with ongoing training. This lead to exceptional customer service and a high retention of associates. The last 3 years, I have managed the PRO desk. This desk  has an expectation of 30% of store sales. For the store to achieve goals, my desk had to accomplish this. We easily surpassed goals every year, I grew the top desk in the district. Contractor base grew and bigger projects continued to come our way. I achieved this through project research, product knowledge and constant follow up. I treated the contractors with the respect and professionalism needed to build a loyal base.
