Took on 3 small properties that surround UTA college with a shared occupancy in the low 60's. Gained a team that together we accomplished the recognition with 2024 Rising 1K: ORA Power Ranking. We were proudly ranked 286 out of 1,075 properties. We hit 91% after months of turning units, lots of smiles and long nights at the office.

Since March we have done full community clean ups with coaching maintenance to take pride in the work they do leading to happy tenants, renewals and long lasting repairs.

• Filled in as leasing, assistant and manager all over the DFW Area. This was a way to explore different companies.
• Addressed and resolved tenant complaints and inquiries, maintaining high satisfaction.
• Rent collection, audits, aiding in repairs to be compliant with city code

• Ran 2 class A properties 387units and 402units
• Both consistently achieved occupancy rates of 98% or higher

• Invoicing, banking deposits, reports, weekly correspondence with owners, and overseeing 8 staff members.
