● Manages all pre-hire activities such as: applicant review, job offers, background checks, employee physicals, and salary reviews to determine appropriate pay for all conditional offers.

● Answer general recruiting questions and advise candidates on open positions, salary ranges, minimum education requirements, etc.
● Completes advertising and market research requests.
● Assist with general onboarding needs to ensure timely hires and transfers such as completing employment verifications, background checks, education verifications, scheduling new hire appointments, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
● Conduct all New Hire onboarding appointments in a professional manner.
● Coordinated the collection of required documents (such as CPR, Licensure, I9, and w2 forms).
